These terms govern your use of pestguardo.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

2. Products and intended use

  • Our products are sold for domestic and light commercial pest control use only.
  • Always read and follow the product label. The label is the authoritative source for dilution, application method, protective equipment, re-entry intervals and storage.
  • Do not use any product for a purpose not stated on its label, and do not mix products unless the label permits it.
  • Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets. Store them in a locked cupboard away from food and feed.
  • Pesticide products are regulated. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your state and locality regarding purchase, storage, use and disposal.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where a product is out of stock, where pricing was displayed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.
  • Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, logos and page design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or republish it for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are supplied for the uses described on their labels. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or damage to property, arising from misuse of a product or from failure to follow the label.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
