Shipping Policy

This policy explains how PestGuardo processes, ships and delivers orders placed on pestguardo.com. It applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day are packed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on US public holidays are packed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a second email with a tracking number once the carrier scans your parcel.

Shipping cost

  • Free standard shipping on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value.
  • We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery takes 3-8 business days after dispatch for the 48 contiguous states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may require additional transit time.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume and remote addresses can extend transit time.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies the contents of your order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If your tracking number shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, contact us and we will reship your order or refund it — your choice.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost, or refund the item in full.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping an order returned for an address error may incur a second shipping charge.
